Easy No-Churn Matcha Ice Cream

Matcha Ice Cream

Ingredients

  • 240 ML. Cold heavy whipping cream or cold non-dairy whipping cream (Califia Farms "Heavy Whip")
  • 4 tsp. matcha powdered, sifted
  • 100 ML. sweetened condensed milk or sweetened condensed oat milk
  • 2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • pinch of salt
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Chill the mixing bowl in the freezer or refrigerator for 20 min

  2. In another bowl combine together the condensed milk, vanilla and salt

  3. Pour the heavy whipping cream into a chilled bowl and sift the matcha on top.

  4. Gradually whip the cream until almost stiff peaks.

  5. Remove about 1/3rd of the whipped cream and fold it into the condensed milk mixture to lighten. Add in the white chocolate chips.

  6. Transfer shallow glass or metal pan or bowl and place in freezer overnight or for at least 6 hours.
