Cadbury Mini Egg Easy Ice Cream

Ingredients

  • 9 oz. Cadbury Mini Eggs
  • 1 Can Condensed milk, sweetened
  • 2 cups Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 2 tsp. vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Place the mini eggs in a zip lock bag, seal and pound lightly with a rolling pin to break up the eggs.
  2. Place whipping cream in large bowl or bowl of a stand mixer with whisk attachment. Start on low and gradually increase speed to medium-high. You can also use a hand mixer. Mix until you have soft peaks, add vanilla extract.
  3. Once your cream is whipped, turn off mixer and remove it from stand. Add the sweetened condensed milk by folding it in with a spatula. Lastly, add the chopped up mini eggs and fold again until completely mixed in.

  4. Pour the mixture into a loaf pan or shallow square baking pan. Cover and freeze for at least 4 hours or preferably overnight.
